Process “health check”
Would you like a quick review of your process(es)? This starts with an intake: what would you like to achieve with the process? How is this measured? Who are the (internal) customers? I will have interviews with the employees involved in the process, analyse available data and facilitate workshops. Based on the information collected I will describe the as-is process and provide recommendations where the process can be improved. Together, we will create a concrete action plan that you can easily implement with your team. Of course I am also happy to support you further in the implementation of the actions.
Design and implementation of new processes
Would you like support in a process redesign project? Perhaps the situation has changed, certain processes are not working, or you have chosen to implement a new software solution. I can support you in the following areas: project management, process design workshops, review and testing of new processes and process descriptions (flowcharts, procedures, policies etc.) and the implementation of the new process.
Training and coaching
For a (process) change to be successful it is important that the employees and managers involved in the new process have the required knowledge and competencies. I will analyse the situation and create a learning plan to bring the employees and managers to the right level. I can also support you in the design, coordination and delivery of the training. This can be a combination of various types of offerings: online, virtual and classroom.
